2. 24 hour cancellation notice required or $45 fee may apply.

 3. If for some reason out of our control, your waiting time is longer than agreed, we will let you know from anticipated and we will offer a 10% discount your service, if you can't wait, you can reschedule.

 

4. The prices in services may vary according to hair length, thickness and texture. 

 

5. All gift certificates are only valid for services and NOT products.

6. The warranty on chemical processes (Color, Highlights, Correction) is only for 7 days. You must also consider the my recommendations, since according to the care that you give your hair and your hair characteristics results may vary.

Keep in mind that this is by appointments only,  after the 7 days the warranty is expired and you will have to pay additional fees.

7. Discounted Deals and Coupons, additional fees apply according length, thickness and texture hair. The offer can not be changed or modified, although you have the option to exclude some services (included in the deal) if you so desire at the time of appointment.
